Dylan reflects upon feeling uncomfortable in his own skin, the feeling of disconnect that he has carried throughout his entire life - of being the loneliest person in a crowd - and other useful aphorisms that he has used to feel sorry for himself through the years and how he attempts to work with/around these unhelpful sensations in order to maintain a sense of connection with others and to stay sober.
