For many people, the only exposure to recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction is through films and television. But how accurately is this being presented? Dylan sits down with his "normie" buddy Kaz to review several movies centered around recovery from drugs and alcoholism, with a focus upon how well these films portray these life changing events - as seen through the eyes of a viewer in recovery as well as someone who does not have personal experiences in recovery. This month, Dylan and Kaz review the 2009 film Crazy Heart starring Jeff Bridges and Maggie Gyllenhaal.
